| Description: | Management of Residential Group Home. Oversees all daily operations including supervision of staff. Twenty-four hour on-call responsibility, handles emergencies for up to 5 group homes. |
| Duties: | Interview, hire, train, evaluate, discipline and terminate staff. Develop and monitor group home budget/maintain accurate accounting of resident’s finances. |
| Qualifications: | Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 6 months experience or H.S. diploma/GED and 8 years experience
