| Description: | Oversee the support services for group homes and medical waiver sites in Cass County. Monitor financial status of persons served, including Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare issues. Develop and monitor budgets. Ensure compliance with agency, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations. Develop, implement and monitor service evaluation goals. Supervise and develop residential managers, community living manager, QMRP’s, nurse, office manager and case manager. Provide support to families and guardians, including establishment of guardianships as appropriate. Advocate for persons served families and guardians as appropriate.

| Qualifications: | Requires a Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, social work, special education, psychology, education, business, public relations or closely related field. Three years of supervisory experience required. Direct service experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance |
