| Description: | Operation of group home and staff supervision including direct supervision of 6 to 20 staff. Twenty-four hour on-call responsibility, handles emergencies for up to 5 group homes. Interview, hire, train, evaluate, discipline and terminate staff. Develop and monitor group home budget/maintain accurate accounting of resident’s finances.

| Qualifications: | Requires a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and experience in relevant field. Supervisory experience is required. Requires current driver license and reliable vehicle.
