Coordinate and over see the Community Living Services in Kosciusko County. Supervise and develop Community Living Managers (Directly –10/Indirectly-91). Interview, Hire, Train, Evaluate and discipline staff per company policies. Develop and Monitor community living budget and care plans for persons served. Participate in the strategic planning process. Provide support to families and guardians as appropriate. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelors degree in Human Services Field. Three years supervisory experience required. Direct Service experience preferred.
